Summary
Brazen Careerist, an online professional career network that offers real-time tools and events to connect job-seekers and employers, is seeking a modern logo design and basic professional branding deliverables as we seek to grow and expand our company.
Proposal Guidelines and Requirements
- This is an open and competitive process.
- Proposals received after 12:00pm/noon ET, Monday, March 21, 2011, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
- If you wish to submit alternate solutions, please do so.

- Sub-contracting is not permissible.

Contract Terms
An authorized agent of Brazen Careerist will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by legal counsel, and a project will be awarded upon signing of an agreement or contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget and other necessary items.
Purpose, Description and Objectives
Brazen Careerist currently has a logo and identity package that is somewhat outdated in appearance, and inconsistently used on our web platforms. We plan to completely redesign our website and blog in the coming year, and thus an opportunity exists to re-engineer the look of the organization to better reflect the mission and image of the company. Most importantly, we’d like to de-emphasize “Careerist” in our name, and emphasize “Brazen.” Upon completion of the logo design and identity documentation, Brazen Careerist’s marketing team will assume full responsibility for additional usage of the logo and branding. All graphics will become the sole property of Brazen Careerist.
Timeline
Logo designer will make every attempt to deliver the agreed upon products no later than 2 months of the award date. Brazen Careerist will make every effort to offer timely advice and revisions to concepts presented in order to meet this target deadline.
Budget
Project budgets should not exceed $1,000 USD; cost will be an important evaluation criterion. Proposals may offer a fixed rate or hourly rate, as long as charges are clearly explained and estimated cost will not exceed the project budget.
